Note: Members of the Echoes: 1984 community, whether through participation on the Minecraft server, or Discord, or any other platform, must abide by the following ruleset. Failure to do so will result in punishment depending on the rule broken.

1. Community Respect

1.1 All members must treat each other with respect, both on the server and in any third-party communications such as Discord or direct messages. Oppressive behavior, including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, antisemitism, ableism, and harassment, is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Discussions involving inappropriate, offensive, or extremist topics, whether in-character or out-of-character, are not allowed. This includes but is not limited to sexual content, hate speech, or extremist ideologies.

1.3 Members must avoid engaging in oppressive or extremist behaviors in-character that may reflect poorly on their out-of-character intentions.

1.4 Members must not share or disclose another member’s personal information under any circumstances, including doxxing or any similar behavior.

2. Staff Authority

2.1 Decisions made by staff members are final and must be respected.

2.2 Members are not allowed to avoid confrontation or disciplinary actions from staff by logging off or using other avoidance tactics.

2.3 Attempting to get different responses by approaching multiple staff members for the same issue is not allowed. If you believe a staff member has acted unfairly, contact a senior staff member (Admin+) for review.

2.4 Lying to staff members or other members through out-of-character means, including submitting false reports, is strictly prohibited.

3. Community Integrity

3.1 Do not exploit loopholes in the community rules. Intentionally bypassing rules is not allowed.

3.2 Spamming in any chat channels, whether through repeated messages or flooding with characters/numbers, is prohibited.

3.3 All server communications must be conducted in English to ensure clarity for all members and staff.

4. Advertising and External Platforms

4.1 Advertising other servers or communities within Echoes: 1984 or its related platforms is forbidden.

4.2 Members must report any incidents of harassment or threats involving third-party platforms to both the platform in question and the Echoes Team.

5. Reporting and Accountability

5.1 All members are required to report rule-breaking behavior. Failing to do so may result in consequences for the player who neglects to report, regardless of their involvement.

5.2 Players should report incidents through the designated channels and provide as much detail as possible to assist with the investigation.

5.3 Reports will be handled confidentially, and retaliation against those who report violations is strictly prohibited.

6. Ban Appeals

6.1 Members wishing to appeal bans must follow the official appeal process. Appeals submitted outside the designated process (e.g., via direct messages) will not be considered unless the player is unable to access the forums.

6.2 Staff members are not obligated to provide evidence of a ban publicly. If you believe a decision is incorrect, submit a staff report for review by senior staff (Admin+).

Server Rules
Last Edited: 07/01/25

Note: Members of the Echoes: 1984 community, whether through participation on the Minecraft server, or Discord, or any other platform, must abide by the following ruleset. Failure to do so will result in punishment depending on the rule broken.

1. General Behavior and Punishments

1.1 Do not bypass or evade punishments or bans by using alternate accounts or VPNs.

1.2 Alternate accounts should not be used to gain advantages in gameplay (e.g. you cannot roleplay with yourself to acquire information your character wouldn’t otherwise know).

1.3 Any bans may be appealed through the official appealing system unless unappealable.

1.4 Unappealable bans are final and cannot be contested.

2. Roleplay Expectations

2.1 Failing to roleplay realistically, also known as “FailRP,” is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Avoid “powergaming,” where you force actions upon others that cannot be reasonably countered.

2.3 Do not engage in “godmodding,” which involves controlling other characters' actions or making your character invincible.

3. Modifications and Exploits

3.1 Using clients, mods, exploits, or hacks to gain an unfair advantage is not allowed.

3.2 Third-party tools (e.g., mods) that boost attributes or prevent you from being marked as “AFK” are forbidden.

3.3 Any modification or resource pack used is done so at your own risk.

3.4 Any changes or mods should comply with the server’s rules and not provide unfair advantages.

4. In-Game Conduct and Property

4.1 Selling in-game items through out-of-character means is prohibited.

4.2 Your character's skin should be appropriate and comply with the server's Player Conduct rules.

4.3 Copying another player’s skin is not allowed. Minor details (e.g., similar outfits or colors) are acceptable, but the majority of the skin must not be copied.

4.4 All commands must be used strictly for their intended in-game purposes.

4.5 You cannot use OOC (out-of-character) commands for roleplaying purposes or use IC (in-character) commands for OOC matters.

5. Property and Buildings

5.1 All properties, including houses, apartments, and RVs, must remain realistic and appropriate for the server’s roleplay.

5.2 Properties should not include content that violates the Player Conduct rules.

5.3 You are not allowed to have shops, CCTV, or security equipment in your property.

5.4 Administrators may only disown a property if the owner has been inactive for 30 days.

5.5 You cannot block property signs to prevent others from purchasing properties.

5.6 Players cannot own more than one property across all accounts (including alternate accounts).

5.7 Chests cannot be hidden in unreachable areas (e.g. inside walls or floors).

6. Communication and Roleplay Actions

6.1 Purposely stalling roleplay situations is punishable. If roleplay needs to be paused for an OOC (out-of-character) matter, only staff members can pause the roleplay.

6.2 Players may only hear past walls if someone on the other side is shouting.

7. Bug Reporting and Discord Ownership

7.1 If you encounter a bug or glitch, it’s your responsibility to report it through the Bug Reports forum, or via a ticket on Discord. Exploiting bugs can result in severe consequences.

7.2 Any & all Discords relating to Echoes: 1984 are to come under ownership of the Echoes: 1984 Management Team.

Character Rules
Last Edited: 07/01/25

Note: Members of the Echoes: 1984 community, whether through participation on the Minecraft server, or Discord, or any other platform, must abide by the following ruleset. Failure to do so will result in punishment depending on the rule broken.

1. Character Creation and Appearance

1.1 Characters must be human with basic features: two eyes, one nose, one mouth, two ears, and no extra limbs (unless approved).

1.2 Characters must be between 4'0" (122 cm) and 6'5" (195 cm) tall (unless approved).

1.3 Characters must have a realistic skin tone that matches human races.

1.4 Characters must come from a real country, not a made-up one, and cannot be from another planet.

1.5 If your character has unusual features (non-typical/human traits), it will be treated as a costume or cosplay during roleplay.

1.6 Descriptions must be at least 16 characters long.

1.7 You cannot use emojis or symbols in character descriptions.

2. Naming Rules

2.1 Your character must have a first and last name (e.g., John Appleseed). Nicknames or partial names are not allowed.

2.2 Your character’s name should not be the same as a famous real or fictional person, unless it's a common or less-known name.

2.3 The character's name must be appropriate and follow the server’s code of conduct.

2.4 Characters can only belong to two families, and the full family name must be used in their RP name.

2.5 Players must strive to keep in touch with the server's lore, and research commonly used names/people from the time (American 80s).

3. Age Rules

3.1 Your character’s in-game age must match their roleplay age.

3.2 The legal age of adulthood on the server is 18, based on American laws.

3.3 Characters under the age of 21 cannot have relationships with someone more than 3 years older than them.

3.4 The server uses the age of consent as 18, regardless of real-world laws.

3.5 Characters under the age of 20 cannot adopt children or have their own children.

4. Character Purpose and Development

4.1 Don’t create “throwaway” characters, which are characters made without a real purpose or plans for roleplay.

4.2 Every character must have a unique skin. You cannot reuse a skin from another character.

4.3 Depending on your character’s age and role, different rules apply to how many times you can roll in combat or for initiative. Make sure to check the guidelines for your character.

‘Roleplay Rules
Last Edited: 07/01/25

Note: Members of the Echoes: 1984 community, whether through participation on the Minecraft server, or Discord, or any other platform, must abide by the following ruleset. Failure to do so will result in punishment depending on the rule broken.

1. Metagaming & Communication

1.1 Do not metagame. This is the act of using out-of-character information to your in-character advantage, regardless of your character not knowing said details. Questions such as “Can you meet me at spawn?” are not deemed as metagaming.

1.2 You cannot use In-Character items to communicate Out-Of-Character. This includes signs, the radio, or a book and quill.

1.3 Do not use emoticons in-character.

1.4 If your character is recording something, video or audio, the camera must remain out at all times. You must do an action that starts the recording and take screenshots throughout the duration of the recording.

1.5 All screenshots and recordings are deemed Out-Of-Character, for lore reasons, unless deemed otherwise by a staff member.

2. Roleplay Content & Behavior

2.1 You cannot perform erotic roleplay. Actions that are NSFW or describe inherently erotic actions are against the rules and can result in severe punishment.

2.2 Erotic roleplay includes “erotic literature,” meaning you cannot enter anything that details something NSFW on signs, books or any type interface.

2.3 Do not reference/mention/act on any sensitive content through your character; this includes necrophilia, pedophilia, bestiality, cannibalism, sexual assault/domestic violence/harassment/, or extensive gore (heavily detailed violence that is discomforting).

2.4 In relation to sensitive content, do not detail any roleplay related to overdosing, suicide, or self-harm.

2.5 When roleplaying any kind of disorder or handicap, players must do so appropriately. Anything deemed inappropriate or offensive will result in punishment.

3. Avoiding Roleplay & FailRP

3.1 You may not avoid roleplay interactions, commonly referred to as AvoidRP on the server (also FailRP). Logging off to avoid an arrest, or refusing to log on if another person has permissions on your character, or using a different character to avoid permissions are all examples of avoiding roleplay.

3.2 If someone gains major permissions on your character, you must stay online for at least one OOC hour. The only exception to this is consented kill permissions, in which the person consenting can decide the length of the permissions.

3.3 Arrests, detaining, and manhunt are all examples of interactions you cannot log off during.

3.4 You cannot use your own rule-breaking as a reason to void a situation you are involved in.

4. FearRP & Roleplay Realism

4.1 You must roleplay realistically to the potential consequences or interactions your characters will have. This is commonly referred to as FearRP on the server (also FailRP). Your character must be fearful of certain detrimental outcomes in situations.

4.2 Examples of FearRP you may see related to crime are being fearful of weapons (including police officers’ tasers, jail time), roleplaying realistically in the face of several gang members (armed or not armed), and obeying the Sheriff's Department when they give directions, and behaving in government buildings.

4.3 FearRP is a loose concept and may not apply to all roleplay situations, meaning it is generally dependent on the people roleplaying to do so realistically. Staff members are free to make any decisions related to FearRP as long as they are compliant with the rules above and are realistic.

5. Voiding & Fading to Black (F2B)

5.1 Voiding can only be done if a rule is broken. Staff members have the ability to void a situation regardless of a majority vote.

5.2 In reference to a majority vote, if the majority of a group votes to void a situation for a valid reason such as an instance of staff-confirmed rule breaking or other OOC reasons, then the situation is voided.

5.3 Regardless of if an action or situation is voided, it may still be eligible for punishment (either OOC or IC).

5.4 You may fade to black (F2B) certain actions.

Note: Members of the Echoes: 1984 community, whether through participation on the Minecraft server, or Discord, or any other platform, must abide by the following ruleset. Failure to do so will result in punishment depending on the rule broken.

1. General Rules

1.1 You must have a valid in-character motive to act on a permission.

1.2 You must use self-preservation. This means that your character must try to keep surviving, not baiting arrests or attacks.

1.3 If someone has proof of you doing a crime, in the form of a recording of any type, or a picture, you may steal the object with the information and destroy it. You gain KOP on the individual if they threaten you with the information.

2. Permission Expiry

2.1 All perms, with the exception of MP, expire after 2 weeks OOC.

2.2 Permissions gained directly (happened to your character) last for 14 OOC days.

2.3 Witnesses to a crime gain the lowest tier of permissions for 2 OOC hours on the person that is has committed the crime.

2.4 MP lasts for 30 OOC days.

2.5 If you fail to use a set of permissions, you can continue to use them until the timer is up.

3. Using Permissions

3.1 To use permissions, you must know who the person is IC.

3.2 You must be able to identify them based on, Tattoos, Unique hair color, Unique uniform (e.g. if your gang has a blackout uniform and they KO someone, the person that was KOed can KO anyone with that uniform on), Seeing their full face/most of their head.

3.3 If someone has permissions on your character, you must log on that character for at least 1 OOC hour.

3.4 If the player does not log on, that day is not counted towards the timer.

4. Sharing Permissions

4.1 To share permissions, you must action a description of the person as well as what you would like done to them.

4.2 The person that had the permissions shared with them can only do what they were asked to do.

4.3 If you are not part of a gang, you can only pass permissions to 3 players maximum.

4.4 If part of a gang, you can pass permissions to the entire gang and associates of that gang.

4.5 Only the person who gained the permissions may pass them between players and gangs.

4.6 Perms must be passed ICly.

5. Escalation & Special Permissions

5.1 If someone attempts or acts on permissions, you may use the next escalation of perms on them.

5.2 Consented MP cannot be passed.

PERMISSIONS

KO/KNOCKOUT PERMS (KOP)

KO/Knockout Perms, or KOP for short, are the easiest and first tier of perms players may obtain when it comes to CombatRP/GangRP-related situations. With these perms, players may do the following:

  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on KOP perms can only use Fists or Blunt Legal Weapons against the opponent they have perms on
  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on KOP is only allowed to knock the opponent they have perms on unconscious
  • The player with KOP perms is allowed to mug $5 dollars off the opponent they have perms on

How to Obtain KOP Perms

You Overhear an Officer or Citizen Calling or Requesting for Backup: In the case where either an officer uses their radio to call for backup, a player users a pay phone to call their friend for backup for a situation you are directly involved in, your character is allowed to act on KOP perms on the person requesting backup (You may NOT mug the communication device the officer used. But you may break it to prevent them from requesting more backup)

An Officer Makes an Attempt to Arrest You: If an officer is attempting to arrest your character, you are allowed to act on KOP perms on the officer to get out of the situation

Someone Scams You of Any Item/Money: If a player scams you out of money or any items, you are allowed to act on KOP perms on the scammer and mug back your money or items back

An Officer Pulls Out Their Baton Intending to Use It: If an officer pulls out their baton with the intention of using it against you, you may act on KOP perms and mug the baton

Someone Continues to Disrespect You: If someone disrespects you over and over again (examples include calling your character names, insulting their appearance, disrespecting your character's family, etc) you may act on KOP perms. They must insult you at least twice.

An Officer Fires Their Taser at You and Hits you: If the officer successfully used their taser against you, you may act on KO perms on the officer (You may NOT mug the taser)

Someone Attempts or Successfully Removes Your Mask: If someone attempts or does remove your mask revealing your identity to them/players in the area, you may act on KO perms on the offender

BONE BREAKING PERMS (BP)

Bone Breaking Perms, or BP for short, is the second tier of perms that players can gain on others in CombatRP/GangRP-related situations. These perms allow you to do the following:

  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on BP perms can only use Fists, Blunt Legal Weapons, or Blunt Illegal Weapons against the opponent they have perms on
  • In GangRP or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on VP perms may use a rope to restrict their opponent's movement
  • The player with BP perms is allowed to mug $10 dollars off the opponent they have perms on
  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on BP is allowed to knock out the opponent they have perms on, AND break or fracture one bone alongside the KO

How to Obtain BP Perms

Someone Knocks You Out: In the case where a player uses or attempts to use KOP Perms against you, and you know the attacker's identity ICLY, you are allowed to jump the attacker and act on BP perms

If Someone Uses KOP Perms Against You: If someone uses or attempts to use KOP perms on you, you may act on BP perms on anyone involved

Someone Threatens You or with ANY Weapon: If a player uses any weapon, illegal or not, to threaten you,  you are allowed to act on BP perms on the said offender and mug the weapon afterward.

Someone Snitches to EFPD About You and It Doesn’t Go Anywhere: If someone snitches to EFPD about you regarding any crime or situation you have committed/done you may act on BP perms on the player. You may only use BP perms if someone snitched to EFPD about a crime you were involved in or committed and it didn't go anywhere. Meaning you weren't brought in for questioning, detained, or arrested. If any of the last 3 things did happen to you as a result of someone snitching, you may escalate to the next set of perms

An Officer Uses Their Baton or Attempts to Use Their Baton Against You: If an officer attempts to use their baton or successfully does use their baton against you, you may act out on BP perms on the officer and mug perms on the baton. You can only mug the baton if YOU were the one being assaulted or attempted assaulted with it.

Someone Attempts to Break Into Your Place of Living But Fails/Is Stopped Before Getting Inside the Property: If someone attempts to break into your place of living you may act out BP perms on all those attempting to break into the property. (Keep in mind, if the opponent(s) DO successfully break into your place of living, or you see someone successfully break into someone's apartment, you may escalate to the next tier of perms)

VITAL PERMS (VP)

Vital Perms, or VP for short, are the third tier of perms that players can gain on others in CombatRP/GangRP-related situations. These perms allow you to do the following:

  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on VP perms can only use Fists, Blunt Legal Weapons, Blunt Illegal Weapons, or Sharp Lethal Weapons against the opponent they have perms on
  • The player with VP perms on the opponent is NOT allowed to mug any money off of them
  • The player with VP perms is allowed to Kidnap and hold the opponent they have perms on hostage no matter which option you choose (for example if you pick option 3 and choose to stab someone in a non-lethal area, you may still kidnap them prior or after acting out the perms)
  • In GangRP or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on VP perms may use rope OR metal chains to restrict their opponent's movement
  • The player with VP perms is allowed may break into someone's home if you have VP perms on someone inside the house (you must have IC proof that the player you have perms on is inside the home before being able to break in) no matter which option you choose
  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on VP is allowed to knock out the opponent they have perms on and break or fracture 4 bones alongside the KO, OR you can knock out and remove any sized limb of the opponent they have perms on, OR you can stab the opponent they have perms on in a non-lethal part of their body. However, you can only choose one of the three options mentioned when acting out your VP perms

     - OPTION #1: If you pick the first option, you are allowed to carve your opponent and leave a permanent scar behind of your carving on their body

   - OPTION #2: If you pick the second option, if you remove a limb your opponent will begin to bleed out. They will have 5 OOC minutes till they bleed out. But instead of dying, after the 5 Minute Timer is up the player injured will pass out for 10 OOC minutes. Afterwards, they can wake up, but they will feel sick/weak and all attacks during this time will be honored as the player will be too weak to fight back realistically. To fix this, they will have to go to EMS to get their injuries fixed. With option 2, you may slash or damage an organ/limb to permanently damage it instead if you don't want to remove it. An example is if instead of removing an eye, you may slash it with a knife to permanently damage the eye and render the opponent blind in that eye

   - OPTION #3: If you pick the third option, you may stab the opponent in a non-lethal part of their body. (for example, the shoulder, hand, thigh, etc) Doing this will result in the same effect as the second option. Stabbing them in a non-lethal part will result in them having 5 OOC minutes till they bleed out. But instead of dying, after the 5 Minute Timer is up the injured player will pass out for 10 OOC minutes due to blood loss. Afterwards, they can wake up, but they will feel sick/weak and all attacks during this time will be honored as the player will be too weak to fight back realistically. To fix this, they will have to go to EMS to get their injuries fixed

How to Obtain VP Perms

Someone uses BP Perms Against You: If someone uses or attempts to use BP perms on you, you may act on VP perms on anyone involved

Someone Snitches to EFPD About You and It Leads To You Being Arrested/Charged: If someone snitches to EFPD about a crime/situation you participated in or committed and it leads to you being either detained, interrogated, arrested, you may act on VP perms on the player who snitched.

Someone Sells Your Property/Items Which They Stole/Scammed You Of: If someone sells your property which they stole from you or they scammed you of, and you are unable to get your item back because of this, you may act on VP perms on the seller but NOT the buyer.

If Someone Breaks into Your Apartment: If someone breaks into your place of living, you may act on MP perms on all those who broke into the home

Someone Snitches to EFPD About and It Leads To Your Apartment/Home Being Raided and Items Are Taken: If someone snitches to EFPD about a crime/situation you participated in and it leads to your apartment/home being raided by EFPD and EFPD ends up confiscating items from you, you may act on VP perms on the person who snitched

Someone Kidnaps and/or Holds You Hostage Or Holds a Member of your Gang: If someone kidnaps you or your gang members, or holds you hostage or your gang member hostage, you may use VP perms on everyone involved in the kidnapping/hostage situation

An Officer Pulls Out Their Firearm: If an officer pulls out or has their firearm out during an active situation you are involved in, you may act on VP perms on the officer (You may NOT mug the firearm)

Someone Uses or Attempts to Use a Blunt Legal Weapon or a Blunt Illegal Weapon Against You: If someone attempts to use a Blunt Legal Weapon or a Blunt Illegal Weapon against you, you may act on VP perms on the assaulter

Continuous Conflict Between Another Player and that Leads to Continuous Injuries: If you have many negative interactions with another player, you may act on VP perms. However you can only act on them if the player either acts on BP perms a total of 3 times on you, or acts on KP perms a total of 6 times on you. This would classify as continuous conflict/continuous injuries

MURDER PERMS (MP)

Murder Perms are the fourth and final tier of perms that players can gain on others in CombatRP/GangRP-related situations. These perms allow you to do the following:

  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on MP perms is allowed to use any weapon they please
  • The player with MP perms on the opponent is NOT allowed to mug any money off of them
  • The player with MP perms is allowed to Kidnap and hold the opponent they have perms on hostage no matter which option you choose (for example if you pick option 3 and choose to stab someone in a lethal area, you may still kidnap them prior or after acting out the perms)
  • In GangRP or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on VP perms may use rope OR metal chains to restrict their opponent's movement
  • The player with MP may break into someone's home if you have MP perms on someone inside the house (you must have IC proof that the opponent you have perms on is inside the home before being able to break in) no matter which option you choose
  • In CombatRP, GangRP, or CrimeRP-related situations, the player acting out on MP is allowed to knock out the opponent they have perms on and break/fracture 6 bones alongside the KO, OR you can knock out and remove 3 of any sized limbs of the player you have perms on, OR you can stab the player you have perms on in a lethal part of their body. However, you can only choose one of the three options mentioned when acting out your MP perms

     - OPTION #1: If you pick the first option, you are allowed to carve your opponent up to 3 times and leave a permanent scar behind of your carving on their body

   - OPTION #2: If you pick the second option, if you remove a limb(s) your opponent will begin to bleed out. However, instead of passing out after the timer is up like VP perms, once the 5 OOC Minute Timer is up, the injured opponent will die for good. (With option 2, since you can remove/damage 3 limbs/organs compared to VPs single, you may slash or damage an organ/limb to permanently damage it instead if you don't want to remove it. An example is if instead of removing an eye, you may slash it with a knife to permanently damage the eye and render the opponent blind in that eye. This means if you want you can damage your opponent via slashing/damaging a part of their body twice, and remove one limb if you please for example*

   - OPTION #3: If you pick the third option, you may stab the opponent in a lethal part of their body. Doing this will result in the same effect as the second option. Stabbing them in a lethal part will result in them having 5 OOC minutes till they bleed out. However, instead of passing out after the timer is up like VP perms, once the 5 OOC Minute Timer is up, the injured opponent will die. for good

How to Obtain MP Perms

An EX Gang Member Snitches to EFPD and Gives Information on Your Gang to EFPD: If an ex-gang member leaves the gang and goes to EFPD and snitches to them about your gang or anyone IN the gang, your gang may act on MP perms on the snitch to ensure they cannot give any more information. It doesn’t matter if you or your gang members are arrested for this, if they even just tell EFPD you may kill the person

An EX Gang Member Snitches to a Rivaling Gang and Gives Information on Your Gang to The Other Gang: If an ex-gang member leaves the gang and goes to another gang and provides information on your gang or anyone IN the gang to the new gang or criminal group, your gang has permission to act on MP perms on the snitch to ensure they cannot give any more information.

If Someone Uses VP Perms Against You: If someone uses or attempts to use VP perms on you, you may act on MP perms on anyone involved

If You're Arrested and Found Guilty of a Death Sentence Crime 1.0 If you are arrested for a death sentence crime and the Town Council votes that your character WILL be killed, EFPD and the Town Council Gains MP perms on your character

If You're Seen Attempting/Caught and Arrested For the Murder of a Government Official: If you or anyone else involved in the attempted or successful murder of a government official, EFPD may act on MP perms on anyone involved in the attempted murder/murder. (For EFPD to gain these perms, they need to either see you involved in the attempted or successful murder of a government official in person, you are arrested/caught for the attempted or successful murder of a government official, or someone makes a report against you and provides some sort of proof of you and those involved attempting or successful murdering of a government official)

If You're Arrested and Found Guilty of a Death Sentence Crime 2.0: If you get arrested and are charged with a Death Sentence Crime, and then found guilty by the town council, you may act on MP perms on all those in the Town Council who voted "Yes" towards the death penalty. If someone else knows which Town Council members voted "Yes" to have your character legally killed, they may also act on MP perms against those members. However, this only works if the arrested criminal is found guilty and is voted to be killed. If the Town Council votes against it, and they are not sentenced to death the perms are not gained

Your Gang Goes to War With Any Other Gang: In the case where your gang or another gang declares war against an opposing gang, all members of the gang and the opposing gang will gain KPS on one another during the war. Once the war is over and a winner is determined, KPS will end after 7 OOC days (This is one of the only expectations where perms CANNOT be passed to anyone. Players who are not a part of the war do not gain KPS on anyone involved in the war UNLESS someone in the war does one of the following things mentioned above to the player)

1. Police Rules

1.1 You are not allowed to bait police officers out of the station by acting recklessly (provoking, putting on a mask, saying you need help with a situation.) You may do bait calls to lure police officers out of the station with major or kill permissions.

1.2 When unjailed this usually does not mean that you've been released ICLY. You are expected to change characters till your IC jail time is over.

1.3 Allow police officers to confiscate items or raid properties as per their IC authority and the rules governing warrants.

1.4 Avoid deliberately provoking police officers by engaging in reckless or disruptive actions solely to attract their attention.

1.5 When being interrogated, do not use LOOC to argue, explain, or influence the interrogation process. Focus on responding as your character would.

1.6 Do not attempt to break out of jail or custody unless discussed with staff and agreed upon.

1.7 Avoid using alternate characters to bypass police investigations or manhunts.

1.8 Allow the police to conduct searches, confiscate items, and interrogate your character as per the established rules. Any disagreements with police actions should be raised with staff, evidence included.

1.9 If your character is arrested, behave as someone in custody would. This includes following the instructions of police officers and refraining from disruptive or trollish behavior.

1.10 Do not perform actions that are unrealistic or force outcomes on other characters (e.g., escaping handcuffs without proper tools or IC justification).

1.11 A tased suspect is not able to act for 2 turns.

1.12 Blackout and masks may only be worn when actively committing crimes.

1.13 Fear RP 1 officer unless there's 2 criminals excluding yourself backing you up. This rule stacks with each officer. This rule doesn't apply if you have a class 2 or higher weapon.
